Finding Me

Mental health is a significant and widespread challenge that many people face daily. My own journey began with journaling as a way to process my emotions. The process became even more crucial when I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, a condition I knew very little about. This experience led me to create "Finding Me," a journal that encapsulates all I have learned. I am confident that journaling played a vital role in helping me navigate the emotional and physical toll of my illness. By reflecting on years of entries, I can see how far I have come in understanding and accepting myself. I hope this journal will offer valuable support on your own journey toward self-discovery.
