Every single day you are bombarded by media. The
television is yelling at you, social media is calling to
you, and it seems like your time spent with these
things is never worth it.

But there is one medium that will consistently
enrich your mind and provide value and
entertainment every time you dig into it.

If you looked at the title then you already know
exactly which medium I’m talking about - books.

Books have been around for nearly 2,000 years, at
least the codex version (pages that you flip) have.
The scroll and vellum pages have been around
since we first started writing things down.

Books are powerful. I don’t think anyone needs any
convincing of this fact. But in case you do, I’d like to
point out that the Christian Bible is a book. A book
that has created nearly 2.5 billion living adherents
and countless more in the last few millennia.
